  • Establish a 501(c)3 nonprofit status

  • Secure seed capital to fund and sustain our growth model for long-term success at scale

  • Establish service areas:

    • Provide strategic consulting services to funders and grant-makers

    • Support capacity-building and resource development strategies for fundraisers and nonprofit groups

    • Convene community-based organizations to help build the field of conservation in the nonprofit sector

    • Fundraise for community grants, giving circles, and capital campaigns

    • Develop a “Conversations in Conservation” podcast series to profile leaders and groups on the forefront of environmental innovation

    • Enable and empower organizations through fiscal sponsorship and technical assistance resources
